You'r Super I Can't Believe All You Did

I can't thank you enough for all you did in selling my home.  This is the second time you bailed me out of a serious problem.  This time I couldn't be there to do it.  The home needed cleaning, painting, and flooring because of the 3 years it had been a rental.  You said you would do it and you did. You handled it all in my absence, and by spending $2,560.00 you got me $10,000.00 more for my home than I thought I would get.  You're the best!
